I couldn't have asked for a better location, being right at the doorstep of the Prophets Mosque and the ladies' chamber. The room I was allocated gave off an old and outdated look, and the bathroom was so small that even a normal-sized person could not enter comfortably.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. While the location was fantastic, being very close to Al Haram, the overall quality fell short of my expectations. The rooms felt outdated and more like a three-star accommodation rather than a luxurious five-star hotel. On the positive side, the staff was incredibly professional and helpful, but unfortunately, the service lacked the expected level of customer care. The dining options were not as varied as I had hoped for, and the prices were on the higher side. Despite these drawbacks, the convenience of the location was a significant plus point of my stay.
